Self and Research introduction
We have been practicing assertion training for more than 20 years, and have trained a total of 8,000 people in middle school, high school, and university. In recent years, we have developed an assertiveness scale for junior high school students and an assertiveness scale for high school students, which aim to measure independent self-expression choices, which have not been used to measure the effectiveness of assertion.
